Aro Technology has contributed to the design and fit-out of Recording studios, Mastering Rooms, Radio and TV Studios and Music Performance spaces across Australia and overseas.
Music reproduction, recording and Mastering environments require very precise acoustic calibration. We design, manufacture and test sound absorptive and sound diffusive treatments of all types to cover the entire audible spectrum.Having a custom designed internal fit-out is by far the optimum approach - both acoustically and aesthetically. Advanced analysis methods are used to confirm the performance quality.
Commercial projects require robust finishes
and Architectural quality for sound absorptive linings. Finishes include perforated timber veneer, polyurethane paint, pre-finished melamine and fabric.Typical projects include school gymnasiums and classrooms, meeting rooms and office areas that require both a visually attractive finish and high acoustic performance that integrates into an existing space.

Aro Technology has designed and manufactured some of the most complex surface finishes. These range from purely acoustic geometric shapes such as quadratic residue diffusers (QRD's) through to Architectural and artistic designs. Because we are about sound quality the latter will always be designed to perform an acoustic function also.
